‌Nathaniel and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony in September 1875 in Stow, Suffolk, England.  They had three sons and five daughters, named Thomas N, Edward M, Henry A, Ellen E, Matilda C, Elizabeth s.a, Agnes Rachael and Constance M.
