William Blackler

William was born on January 20th, 1793 in Brixham, Devon, England.  William's father is John Blackler and his mother is Sarah Smith. He has four brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Samuel, Richard, Henry, Sally, Mary and Anne.  He is the fourth oldest of the eight children.
