Vincent was born on January 14th, 1616. Vincent's father was Robert Chambers and his mother was Agnes Clare. His paternal grandfather is Henry Chambers; his maternal grandfather is Male Clare and his maternal grandmother was Jane. He has three brothers named William, Robert and John. He is the youngest of the four children. He has a half-brother and a half-sister, named Richard and Joan.
