Percy was born on December 12th, 1881 in Cowden, Kent, England. Percy's father was Charles Longley and his mother was Mary Patmore. His paternal grandparents were John Longley and Esther Kenward. He had four brothers and a sister, named Charles, Verney, Spencer, Albert and Mary. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at 5 months old on June 9th, 1882 in Sevenoaks, Kent, England.
