Hannah SMITH

Hannah was born on September 26th, 1793 in Frederick Co., Virginia.¹ Hannah's father was Jacob SMITH and her mother was Patience BALLINGER. Her paternal grandfather was Joseph SMITH and her paternal grandmother is Rachel BEALS BALES; her maternal grandparents are Josiah BALLINGER and Elizabeth. She had six brothers and six sisters, named John, Joseph, Josiah B., Jacob, Isaac S., Seth, Elizabeth, Rachel, Nancy Ann, Mary, Lydia and Sarah J.. She was the third youngest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 37 on December 6th, 1830 in Green Co., Ohio. She was buried in Shigley Cemetery, Ross Twp., Green Co., Ohio.¹¹
